Econic Crop Solutions Inc Announces that it has Commenced the Manufacturing and Assembly of the Next 10 Medical Cannabis Grow PodsNAPLES, Fla., Feb. 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Econic Crop Solutions Inc, a Division of ZA Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: ZAAG) is pleased to announce that it has commenced the manufacturing and assembly of the next 10 medical cannabis grow pods. Once completed, these pods will be strategically placed within the first three First Nations communities where the company's previously reported grow operations are already underway. The company-owned pod manufacturing plant is located at 7607 Edgar Industrial Drive in Red Deer, Alberta. Plant manager, Brian Cruickshank, reported that the next 10 pods are being completed sequentially with the first ones ready for deployment in early March with all 10 ready for deployment by the end of March. He further stated that the manufacturing plant is able to produce these pods at a rate of 10 per month on an ongoing basis. As previously reported, harvesting has been underway since late January on the three pilot demonstration pods for three separate First Nations communities. The results appear to be on target with anticipated revenues of $100,000 per pod within a three month growing season. The deployment of the 10 newly assembled pods starting in early March and continuing onward illustrates exponential growth potential even within the first year of the company's operations. At the same time, the orderly and incremental rollout of grow pod facilities allows the company to fine tune the grow facilities as it expands. When asked to provide his comments, Wade Eno, CEO of Econic stated, "The excitement amongst our First Nations business colleagues to see these grow pods come into their communities is tremendous. Our manufacturing plant could not keep up with the volume demand we are experiencing. The three communities for which we are completing the first harvest have all requested 100 pods each and new requests from other First Nations communities are being processed weekly. We believe the rollout of 10 pods per month will give us the ability to respond quickly to any challenges along the way while we look forward to revenues of $1,000,000 per quarter from each group of 10 pods." John Morgan, President of ZA Group, stated, "I support the strategy reflected in the comments by Mr. Eno. The medical cannabis industry has seen exponential growth in the past several years and the potential in this industry remains very high. The companies experiencing the best success are those which start small and then expand in a controlled fashion from the revenues accrued. Econics has assembled the team to build and operate the grow pods, and it has a demonstrated network of enthusiastic First Nations community partners that confirms unlimited expansion potential." Econic Crop Solutions is Pleased to Announce the Successful Completion of a Third Pilot Business VentureNAPLES, Fla., Feb. 4, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Econic Crop Solutions Inc, a Division of ZA Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: ZAAG) is pleased to announce the successful completion of a third pilot business venture located at the Gitsigukla First Nation in British Columbia, Canada. The Gitsigukla community is strategically located in the northern part of the province where it is surrounded by communities that use traditional medicines. The community has been and continues to be recognized for its business and cultural leadership in the past. Dancers from Gitsigukla were prominent in the Opening Ceremonies for the Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010 and leaders from the community are frequently consulted upon for their resource development expertise. Econics takes particular pride in having funded this third $100,000 project and the company looks forward to launching directly into the expansion program with Gitsigukla. Firstly, revenue projections are right on target and the community has already put the necessary infrastructure in place to expand to a 100 pod commercial indoor grow facility for medical cannabis products. Secondly, this expansion project has received unanimous support from band council and the whole community participated in the selection of a name and logo for the new facilities. The name—Gandi-mox means "to heal oneself". Thirdly, because of the large regional market for the traditional medicines from cannabis, Gitsigukla is also committed to establishing an on-location dispensary. As further demonstration of the regional support for the business venture, Gitsigukla is having discussions to become a regional training centre for cannabis and hemp production and processing. Their training program will be similar to that currently in place at Olds College in Alberta. Clifford Sampare, a spokeperson for this project, led a Gitsigukla First Nation pilot project in 2010-2012 which involved provincial government and university funds in a commercial hemp production pilot project. The success of that pilot led to the issuance of the first commercial hemp license in Canada to Gitsigukla First Nation. Mr. Sampare stated, "The hemp project was successful beyond everyone's expectations. We are excited to have the assistance of Econic in building year round cannabis production facilities and then further utilize the vast lands under our ownership to work with Econics in producing cancer-fighting hemp products during the summer growing season." Wade Eno, CEO of Econic stated, "I have enjoyed a great relationship with the leaders of Gitsigukla and I share their excitement for this venture. They have the natural resources needed to achieve success and most importantly, the community will benefit from the extensive youth employment and career opportunities. The vast regional market for the medicinal products means financial success for all." John Morgan, President of ZA Group, stated, "Today marks another milestone for Econic through demonstration of success in another ground-breaking business venture with a prominent First Nations community. Success always builds upon itself." https://finance.yahoo.com/news/econic-crop-solutions-pleased-announce-131200066.htmlEconic Crop Solutions Announces the Successful Completion of Its Second Pilot Business Venture Located at the Louis Bull Cree Nation in Central Alberta, CanadaNaples, Florida--(Newsfile Corp. - January 14, 2021) - Econic Crop Solutions Inc, a Division of ZA Group Inc. "For centuries our people have traditionally used these products as medicine and we are excited that this business model validates important sovereign traditions while also creating lucrative employment for our youth. We intend to build a business whose success will be measured not by how much capital we attract to build the business but rather by how much we can re-invest our profits in new communities wanting to duplicate our success." Wade Eno, the CEO of Econic, stated, "We are excited that our first two pilot ventures have been a resounding financial and cultural success. The eagerness to move forward with expansion is demonstrated by the speed and co-operation taking place in our current discussions with the partners."
