Technical breakout in play on major recent news

Published: Wed, 10/03/18

Traders and Investors,

We've got a hot looking trade idea for you tomorrow.

The Company is Com-Guard.com, Inc (CGUD).

There's two parts to this story. First, the chart is super hot as you can see below. And second, that's being driven by the tremendous news the Company has been releasing in recent times.

Let's focus on the chart first.

We can see strong volume coming in over the past few weeks as well as a slow and steady price appreciation. This kind of trading action appears to be super bullish.

And the chart is showing a "double top" right at six month highs. A technical breakout through this level (around $0.004) could spell trouble for short sellers, and disappointment for impatient investors!

Now let's focus on the Company itself.

Com-Guard, Inc. (CGUD) has been accepted as a developer for the fastest growing mobile platforms, Apple iPhone™, iPad™ and Android™.

The Company intends to port its award-winning software, ComputerSafe® to create security applications in the mobile and netbook markets. In addition, it has entered the market for tracking items and events through the use of GPS, public databases and transactions.

The Company’s initial product was ComputerSafe® on the Windows Platform and followed up by implementing an App called DataCrypt ™ on the Apple iOS platform.

The company has been a developer in the security software market for over 15 years.

In recent weeks, the Company has released a wave of exciting news

Just yesterday, CGUD announced that its upcoming products are set to hit the market place by the fourth quarter 2018.

The DataCrypt Bitcoin Full Node and the Secure Mobile Printing software will be available for purchase in Amazon and Company Web Site by the fourth quarter 2018.

“Com-Guard.com, Inc. has expanded its expertise using the Raspberry Pi line of Computers and implementing Blockchain with a Bitcoin Full Node as a fully configured system. The objective is to configure a solution so that the end user will not have to be a Computer expert to implement it on the Bitcoin network and deliveries are expected at the end of the calendar fourth quarter 2018”, said Dr. Edward W. Savarese, CEO of Com-Guard.com, Inc.

In addition, CGUD reassured investors in this press release that the Company had no toxic debt on its books.

Further, last week CGUD announced that it has continued its strategic relationship with ImageTech Corporation. Com-Guard.com, Inc. has expanded its expertise using the Raspberry Pi line of Computers and Com-Guard and its Engineering experts have ported the ImageTech unique printing platform solution for secure and mobile printing to the low-cost Raspberry Pi W for the mobile and Legacy Printer marketplace.

“Users of the technology will be able to print from their mobile devices directly and securely to the millions of installed Legacy Printers in use today,” said Dr. Edward W. Savarese, CEO of Com-Guard.com, Inc.

Each time the Company releases news, investors and traders alike take notice, as seen by how the Company's stock reacts.

For example, on yesterday's news the stock price jumped 20% on elevated volume. And a few days before that, when the Company released news, the stock gained around 40% from open to its intraday highs.

And much of these gains continue to hold as CGUD has steadily increased from about $0.0013 to over $0.0032 since the start of August.

We think there could be more upside to come, especially if we see a re-test/break of recent highs of around $0.004.

I urge you to take a look at CGUD for tomorrow's trading session, and look for any opportunities.

I'll touch base in the morning with an further update and more information on the Company.

All the best.
