Traders and Investors,

Are you ready for another low priced, low float breakout play?

If so, pull up UMAX Group Corp (UMAX) on our screen without delay.

UMAX caught my attention when it gained over 100% in one day on major volume just a few days ago. I've been watching and waiting patiently since to see if there would be an opportunity to enter this trade for a second move higher.

In fact, this recent big move wasn't even this biggest. Just a few weeks ago in late September, UMAX ran for more than 150% gains in one day.

After its big 100% day last week it has pulled back, and established some major support just under $0.01. I think this could be the perfect launching pad for the second phase of the breakout.

And if the stats on OTCmarkets.com are accurate, UMAX has one of the smallest floats I've ever seen.

Momentum could go through the roof on this one. This is great news for traders.

Now, I really like UMAX as a shorter term trade idea, but I know there are many investors who receive my emails looking for hidden gems with tiny market caps, so here is some background information on UMAX...

UMAX is a development-stage company formed to develop and acquire operating companies through partnership agreements. Our primary focus is in the development and expansion of an existing model of partnership with private entities in accessing the capital markets via a public entity.

UMAX is now working under a joint venture agreement with the MOPD concepts of the founder’s son who initially came up with the idea when he was 8 years old when the disaster in Haiti happened. Since then, it has been buried in day to day business. The founder’s son, now 19, spoke again about Florida and how disasters are becoming stronger and more frequent. Since UMAX has the old idea dad, why can they not restart the program again? So therefore, UMAX once again becomes dedicated to being pro-active in saving lives and bringing comfort to the needy in the times of disaster.

UMAX’s mission is to be able to purchase disaster relieve system in the renewable energy market. The Immediate Sustainable Life Pod or Mobile Power on Demand is equipped with every need a Family Military / Humanitarian / Red Cross / CDC Hospital deployed overseas applications and much more, basically anywhere relieve would need, when they have lost everything. It takes children from a disaster situation to a camping atmosphere immediately on deployment. It helps first responders establish a base of operation for first aid, food stations, solar and battery power as well as survival tools, charging ports for cell phone communications, AM Radios etc...

And UMAX has had some recent major news catalysts...

A few days ago the Company launched its new website. As stated on the web site, the Company is planning on potentially funding, opening, and several new operating divisions that will include a subsidiary to develop a "Mobile Power on Demand" ("MOPD") unit.

The MOPD would be a sustainable unit powered with solar cells which would also contain disaster relief products such as food, water, tents, and most importantly to provide much needed power in areas that have recently had a disaster such as a hurricane, tornado, etc. It is the Companys hope that the MOPD can be used by first responders in disaster situations to establish a base of operation for first aid, food stations, solar and battery power as well as survival tools, charging ports for cell phone communications, AM Radios etc. The Company plans on opening this division during the first quarter of 2017 and complete the build on the initial prototype of the MPOD sometime thereafter.

Ian N. Dixon, President of the Company, stated he has developed a similar type product equivalent to the MOPD several years ago when he was CEO of a Solar Cell company in Las Vegas, Nevada. He further stated that the estimated cost to build the initial prototype will be between $15,000 to $25,000.

And back in August, UMAX announced it has partnered with a Pat Lowery, and NUTECH DEVELOPMENT Inc, who has over 30 years of contracting experience building custom homes and refurbishing homes in California, He now lives in Las Vegas. Pat Lowery has excellent knowledge and ability to begin flipping homes immediately in the Las Vegas Area with funding.

UMAX intends to help where possible identity accredited investors for the partnership, Nu Tech believes that investing in real estate is a solid collateral based and potential high yields in todays growing Las Vegas. Pat Lowery has completed multiple projects achieving large profits for his partners, we are excited. The cost of housing in the Las Vegas area is increasing significantly, especially in the refurbishment and rehabbing of older existing homes. Once the homes are remodeled the demand for such homes is very high mainly as they have been updated to modern standards. The average refurbishment net profit is around $35,000 to 80,000 or higher in some cases, based on recent sales in the market from rehabbing.

Summary...

There are clearly some exciting developments at UMAX, but our first and foremost attention is to the trade possibilities.

With such a tiny market cap and float, a breakout chart filled with momentum and strong support right at current levels, and a history of making very big short term gains, we think the time is now to get UMAX on your trading screen.

Be ready for tomorrow's opening bell as this has the potential to move quick and leave traders behind.
