Traders and Investors, I hope you all had a great long weekend. Tomorrow I'm going back to a past profile that is set up beautifully for a move higher after a pullback from recent highs. I want you to focus on NightFood Holdings, Inc (NGTF). NGTF was trading at around $0.35 just a couple weeks ago, Now it has pulled back to strong technical support at around $0.15. The last time it ran from $0.15 to $0.35 a few weeks ago, it only took a week to do. So we are quite possibly looking at some quick potential gains here. A move back to $0.35 would yield over 100% gains, and with the increased interest, volume and liquidity in NGTF in recent weeks, a move of this magnitude is a certain possibility. Major news announcements... NGTF has been releasing some big news in recent weeks, and as a result, trading volume has seen a dramatic uptick. Last week, NGTF launched an investor relations initiative, to proactively communicate news of recent company developments and milestones to a broader range of stock market investors. Importantly, no Company insiders or Affiliates have sold, or otherwise disposed of or reallocated, any shares of NightFood stock since November, 2015, when Company CEO Sean Folkson used stock equal to less than one half of one percent of his holdings to pay for certain services. Folkson, along with NightFood CMO Peter Leighton, own approximately 67.7% of the 30,035,082 shares issued and outstanding as of August 23, 2017, at which time there were also 5,481,000 shares in the public
float.
The Company began selling NightFood nutrition bar 12-packs on Amazon in the first half of June 2017. During July 2017, NightFood generated more direct-to-consumer sales revenue than any other month in Company history. Through less than three full weeks in August, the Company had already surpassed the record July sales numbers. And before that, NGTF announced it was developing gluten-free versions of NightFood products. In addition to people who are allergic or intolerant to gluten in foods, there is a growing segment of the consumer population that is simply choosing to avoid gluten for various reasons.
NightFood Holding, Inc (NGTF), "The Nighttime Snack Company", is a snack food company dedicated to providing consumers delicious, better-for-you choices for evening snacking. 44% of snack consumption occurs at night, representing a consumer spend of over $1B weekly on nighttime snacks. NightFood is the first company to create products to address the unique nutritional needs consumers have at night. NightFood creates, manufactures, and distributes products to help consumers satisfy nighttime cravings in a better, healthier, more sleep friendly way. You can learn more about NGTF at their website http://nightfood.com/ But don't take the Company's word for it (or mine for that matter), you can read about NGTF's flagship product NightFood at many popular websites such as: http://parentinghealthy.com/2015/01/satisfy-late-night-cravings-for-good-with-nightfood-bars.html/ http://www.shape.com/celebrities/celebrity-photos/celebs-favorite-healthy-snacks-and-drinks and... http://www.skinnymom.com/9-weird-foods-celebrities-snack-on-to-lose-weight/ Our Conclusion... NGTF has the right "ingredients" for a winning trade. A big pullback has just occurred, with well defined support levels and a flag formation showing. An entry at its current price around $0.15, with a recent high of around $0.35, could see 100%+ gains. The Company has an exciting product in a massive growth market - the healthy snack food sector - and its getting celebrity exposure. There has been some big news announcements recently which has seen an increase in investor interest and a strong uptick in trading volume. Get NGTF on your screen, do your research, and be ready to trade at the opening bell. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
