ABWN key breakout level to target

Published: Mon, 08/22/16

Hello fellow investors / traders,

Today we are focusing on a true technical breakout play. I watched ABWN trade closely last week and feel today could be a great time to enter this trade, let me explain why,..

ABWN started at around $0.40 a week or so ago, hitting a high of $0.90 in just a few days, all on significant volume. Over the past few days it's been consolidating, and last week it pulled back to $0.60 and found solid support - enough to give me confidence that this could be a nice entry point.

Of course the main reason why ABWN is breaking out technically on major volume appears to be because Wall Street has finally taken notice of this micro cap company.

ABWN is pioneering the world’s first airborne wireless communications network and based on the recent news coming out of the Company, the deployment of this cutting-edge technology could be coming soon.

You can learn all about ABWN by visiting their website http://www.airbornewirelessnetwork.com/

Just a week ago ABWN announced to the markets that on August 9th 2016, it has entered into an agreement with Concept Development Inc. (CDI), a leading aerospace engineering design and manufacturing firm.

CDI will assist the company in the FAA system certification process and beyond. CDI's expertise is in bringing projects from concept through each phase of the development cycle, including design, production, and product support. With an extensive client list and more than 40 years of industry experience, CDI has provided its services to companies such as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Rockwell Collins and L3 Communications. CDI, also, has extensive experience with inflight entertainment systems with companies such as Thales (formally LiveTV) and Lumexis.

In addition, the Company just a few days ago entered into an agreement with a leading aerospace engineering design and manufacturing firm who will help ABWN with the FAA system certification process.

In a recent press release, ABWN announced it has retained the services of FAA consultant C. Neal Monte as it prepares for FAA certification - another indication the Company is one step closer to deploying its technology in the sky.

Airborne Wireless Network, a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has retained C. Neal Monte, as its lead FAA Designated Engineering Representative. As one of the most experienced and well respected experts in the industry, Mr. Monte's background includes work with airframe manufacturers such as Boeing, McDonnel Douglass, and Airbus Industries. Mr. Monte will be spearheading the FAA certification process for the Company's, "Airborne Digital Super Highway." Mr. Monte holds numerous FAA qualifications and during his career has obtained just under 250 supplemental type certificates and parts manufacturing approvals. The Company intends to achieve FAA certification of its Airborne Digital Super Highway system on a non-interfering basis, meaning that system will not interfere with critical onboard aircraft systems. Once successful certification is achieved, that system will be poised to become the world's first civilian "Air to Air High-Speed Broadband Digital Super Highway" utilizing commercial aircraft in flight as its platform.

A major milestone for the Company, the initial FAA certification will allow the Company's Airborne Digital Super Highway system to be placed on commercial aircraft of a type approved on the supplemental type certificate. The Company intends to expand on this initial certification to include approvals for additional aircraft types. This will enable the Company to begin assembling its Airborne Digital Super Highway one aircraft type approval, or supplemental type certificate, at a time. The Company intends to establish relationships with airlines and aircraft operators. With each, a reliable, redundant, more robust communications network will be developed. Using commercial aircraft as signal repeaters, or routers, is the most practical, efficient, and cost effective solution to achieve true high speed connectivity. Current proposals, as well as most in design, are repeats of high cost, inefficient, older technologies such as satellites and ground based infrastructures.

And the good news coming from ABWN doesn't end there. Less than a couple weeks ago the Company announced it had appointed Alex Sandel as Chairman of its advisory board.

Mr. Sandel co-founded Packard Bell Computers, as well as many other successful companies. Mr. Sandel pioneered the personal computer industry.

Based on the many catalysts for ABWN and the momentum currently in the chart, we think ABWN has the potential to continue this major breakout and head towards $1. This is a key level, and often a magnet for traders.

Therefore if we continue to see support around the $0.55-0.60 level, I believe ABWN has the potential for significant upside gains in the near term.
