UPPR is our trade idea tomorrow. UPPR is trading right at $0.62 - right above its 50 day moving average support and below its recent highs of $0.72, and its six month high of $0.80. The Company has made a couple of major announcements in recent months, clearly catalysts for the recent surge in its share price and volume. Upper Street Marketing (UPPR) is an OK, USA incorporated Company that acquires unique and distinctive businesses with proven strengths and potential for growth. Just a couple weeks ago, UPPR announced the finalization of a partnership deal with Ennoble Beverages to launch a new joint venture using Frank's RedHot to create a progressive adult beverage portfolio. The deal is Upper Street Marketing's entrance into the flavored malt beverage industry. A former executive from Mike's Hard Lemonade, Chris Pfeifer, is the new venture's chief marketing officer UPPR recently acquired Ennoble Beverages, the exclusive sales and distribution rights holder to the rapidly growing Frank's RedHot progressive adult beverage portfolio. Ennoble is currently negotiating distribution agreements with partner brands which represent true ‘first mover advantage’ in the beverage alcohol category. In a recent announcement of their 2017 growth strategy, UPPR announced they had recruited two adult beverage industry giants from Mike's Hard Lemonade. Mike's Hard Lemonade former U.S. chief financial officer (CFO) Feza Sanigok is now serving as Upper Street CEO and interim CFO. Mike's Hard Lemonade former brand executive Chris Pfeifer is now serving as Upper Street's chief operating officer (COO) and chief marketing officer (CMO). In the same press release, UPPR announced plans that will enable the rapid growth of their recent acquisitions by raising $3.5 million in additional capital during Q1 of 2017.The cash infusion will allow the company to meet demand in its rapidly growing alcoholic beverage vertical, which includes expected shipments of between 100,000 and 200,000 cases of Frank's RedHot beverages. These shipments alone are expected to generate between $2.2 million and $4.4 million in revenue. As you can see, UPPR has a couple of major catalysts going for it and could be flying under the radar at these levels. Tomorrow could be the start of something nice going into next week.
